Reclaiming the Wild Woman Within- Somatic Breathwork, Reiki, and Sound

Join us for an immersive evening of healing and self-discovery. This is an all-women event—a sacred space for awakening the wild woman within and shedding the feminine narratives we have been taught to conform to. Together, we will honor our innate power, release stories that no longer serve us, and reclaim the freedom to embody our truth. This circle is about sisterhood, empowerment, and remembering the ancient wisdom carried within our bodies and breath.

This journey blends Embodied/Somatic Breathwork, 1:1 Reiki infusions, and a deeply restorative sound bath. You’ll be guided through a transformative practice that gently opens the body, clears emotional blocks, and reconnects you with your inner wisdom.

During the event, you can expect:

• Guided Embodied Breathwork to release tension and access deep states of clarity and renewal
• Intuitive Reiki energy healing woven into your breathwork and sound journey for deeper restoration and alignment
• A soothing sound bath to close the evening, helping your body and spirit fully integrate the shifts

No prior experience is required—just an open heart and willingness to breathe.

What is Embodied Breathwork?

Embodied Breathwork is a holistic practice rooted in somatic and shamanic principles. It uses conscious breathing techniques alongside mindfulness, movement, and somatic awareness to help you access and integrate every layer of yourself—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

This approach is founded on the understanding that breath is a powerful tool:

• It can unlock suppressed emotions
• Release stored tension and stress in the body
• Reconnect you with your inner wisdom
• Foster healing, self-discovery, and growth

By combining breath with movement, intuitive guidance, and energetic support, Embodied Breathwork becomes a potent practice for transformation.

Reiki Infusion & Sound Bath

Throughout the journey, participants will receive individual Reiki infusions, offering personalized energy healing during the breathwork practice. Reiki helps restore balance, ease energetic blockages, and bring the body into harmony.

The experience concludes with a sound bath, using vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments to help integrate your journey. Sound healing allows your nervous system to settle, encourages deep relaxation, and enhances the energetic shifts from the breathwork and Reiki.

Contraindications

Somatic breathwork is a powerful modality and may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions:

• Uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart conditions
• Severe asthma, COPD, or other serious respiratory issues
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Active psychosis, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder
• Pregnancy (without prior approval)
• Recent surgeries or injuries

To Enhance your experience, please bring:

• Eye mask/covering
• Lip balm
• Water
• Thin blanket/pillow
