Reclaiming the Thread: A 4-Week Creative Journey Back to Self
Overview
Reclaiming the Thread is a 4-week expressive arts workshop series for women and women-identifying folks. A gentle invitation back to yourself through movement, artmaking, reflection, and embodied play.
This closed series is designed as a guided journey.
Each week builds on the last, offering a different doorway into creative exploration:
- drawing & intuitive mark-making
- grounding movement & somatic awareness
- laughter yoga & theatre-inspired play
- reflective journaling, ritual, and integration practices
Together we’ll:
• reconnect with body and intuition
• clear emotional clutter and winter heaviness
• honour our strengths and resilience
• cultivate self-compassion and creative presence
No art experience is needed — just curiosity and the willingness to show up for yourself over these four weeks.
