Step into a transformative 6-week journey designed for Black and Black Mixed Heritage women ready to reconnect with their inner power, creativity, and joy.

In this safe, culturally grounded space, you’ll be guided through expressive and creative exercises to support emotional healing, deepen self-understanding, and nurture your wellbeing—within a supportive community of women who share your lived experience.

This workshop is for you if you’re ready to:

• Explore healing in a culturally affirming, empowering environment
• Reconnect with your sacred wisdom and embodied resilience
• Reclaim your joy, voice, and magic
• Build your own toolkit for self-love, self-care, and soul maintenance
• Honour your brilliance, resilience, and power
