Tired of feeling alone on your perimenopause and menopause journey? Join our supportive 3 meeting series, led by nutritionist Sabrina Hinkis

Each one-hour meeting is designed to give you the knowledge and tools you need to feel your best. The first half is a focused lesson on a key aspect of menopause: from sleep and mood to hormonal balance and gut health. The second half is an open, safe space for you to share your experiences, ask questions, and connect with other women who understand what you're going through.

You'll leave each session with practical, actionable steps to help you take control of your health and thrive during this stage of life.

Location of meetings will be sent via email 1 day before the first meeting!

Can't make it to the in-person meeting? All meetings will be recorded and sent to each attendent so you don't have to miss a thing!
