Learn tools to Reclaim Your Calm - mind, body, & soul. Guided by Artis Marie of The BOUNDLESS Life, this is a loving, trauma-informed meditation dedicated to heart-led inner dialogue (rather than hamster wheel thinking), with sound healing, breathwork, spoken words, & musical instrumentation, along with shamanic journeying or hypnotherapy, somatics, & visual journaling. Clear & balance your energy field, reset your nervous system, & connect deeply with your heart’s desires and Life Purpose. In these turbulent times, the world needs us grounded, aware of our roles, & ready for action. The ability to RECALIBRATE is your Rebellion. Leave this session grounded, with more clarity, & equipped with practical tools for sustainable wellbeing. All materials provided.

Doors open at 7, opening chat begins by 7:05, meditation starts by 7:10pm.
Doors will be locked shortly afterwards to respect the sanctity of the space and allow participants to surrender to the experience fully, feeling safe and undistracted. If you are late, you may miss out.
