Welcome to the Rec Ready Mixer!

The RecReady Student Networking Mixer, hosted by the Santa Maria Inn, brings together college students and local professionals for an afternoon of meaningful connection and career exploration.

Students will discover opportunities to grow within the RecReady Mentorship Program, while professionals will have the chance to share expertise, build community ties, and connect with the next generation of leaders in recreation, parks, tourism, and community development.

This event is part of our ongoing collaboration with Allan Hancock College and the Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce, showcasing how education, industry, and local government can partner to strengthen our region’s workforce.
