Stephanie Canfield, CVA, has been a volunteer management professional for over 15 years and has been involved in leading volunteers and donors, event planning and fundraising. She was one of the first in her field to become a leader in Community Engagement and is vice-chair for TVMC 2021.

With a heart for service, she has a passion for empowering volunteers. She has managed projects with the NFL, Reliant Energy, BNSF and GM Financial just to name a few. She enjoys focusing on strategy and projects that make big impacts.

After spending 8 years building the volunteer and community engagement program with ACH Child and Family Services, Stephanie is working towards her next step as a consultant in non-profit management and public speaking. She is also the Vice Chair for the 2021 Texas Volunteer Management Conference.

Stephanie holds a degree in Management from Wittenberg University and is also the mother of 3 wild boys and loves to read, cook and travel.
