January’s theme focuses on reversing the effects of winter inactivity, holiday stress, and poor posture. This phase lays the foundation for better movement and pain-free activity.
Undo the Stiffness of Sitting, Shoveling & Stress
Kick off 2026 by restoring the mobility winter takes away. This class teaches simple, effective mobility drills to loosen the hips, spine, and shoulders so you can move better, feel lighter, and reduce everyday aches from sitting, shoveling, or cold-weather tension.

Instructor Bio:
Dr. Paul received his doctorate of physical therapy from Mercy College and a BS in exercise physiology from Rutgers University. He is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Level 3 Golf Medical Professional.
