Learn why knee pain rarely comes from the knee itself. This session breaks down the common root causes—weak hips, stiff ankles, poor movement patterns—and gives you easy tests and exercises to reduce pain, build stability, and return to activity with confidence.

Instructor Bio:
Dr. Paul received his doctorate of physical therapy from Mercy College and a BS in exercise physiology from Rutgers University. He is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Level 3 Golf Medical Professional.
