About your host:

A Reiki Master, breathwork facilitator, and plant medicine practitioner, Erica specializes in trauma release and spiritual awakening. She creates spaces for deep exploration, guiding individuals through processes of trauma release, self-rebirth, and connection to the collective. Her holistic approach fosters an environment where participants can explore their inner landscapes, release what no longer serves them, and embrace transformation. As a licensed occupational therapist and doctoral candidate at Boston University, Erica’s research focuses on the therapeutic benefits of psychedelics for trauma healing. She also runs international "Find Your Medicine" retreats, where doctors, healers, and spiritual seekers can learn about plant medicines and discover what resonates with them.
