Embrace the quiet power of winter and ground yourself before the rush of the holiday season with an afternoon of deep restoration and renewal.
This thoughtfully curated event blends the meditative stillness of yin yoga to open the body, the harmonizing energy of acupuncture to support your seasonal transition, and the immersive calm of a sound bath to quiet the mind.
Rooted in ancient healing practices, this experience is designed to anchor you in balance and presence - offering a much-needed pause before the pace of the holidays begins.
Come unwind, realign, and return to yourself.
Tea will be served.
Note: Please wear comfortable clothing so Sheila can easily access your legs and elbows. All participants will need to fill out an acupuncture waiver at the beginning of the workshop.
