What You'll Bring:
- Minimum two years of call center customer service experience.
- Willingness to work in a heavy phone-based environment.
- Experience with performing outbound calls.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Typing speed of 35-40 WPM while talking and navigating systems.
- Proficiency with Gmail, Salesforce (or other CRM), G Suite, MS Office Suite, and internet navigation.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent attendance record.
