What You'll Bring:

• Minimum two years of call center customer service experience.
• Willingness to work in a heavy phone-based environment.
• Experience with performing outbound calls.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Typing speed of 35-40 WPM while talking and navigating systems.
• Proficiency with Gmail, Salesforce (or other CRM), G Suite, MS Office Suite, and internet navigation.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent attendance record.
