REAL TALK: A Seven-Week Christian Men’s Fellowship Program

REAL TALK is a seven-week Christian men’s fellowship program designed to help men strengthen their faith, identity, emotional wellness, relationships, and purpose. Through guided discussion, scripture-based teaching, and meaningful brotherhood, this program creates a safe environment for Black men to grow spiritually and personally.

Each session includes: • A theme for reflection • Scripture study • Group conversation • A practical activity • Tools for continued spiritual growth

What You’ll Experience

Week 1 – Identity & Purpose in Christ Discover how God defines you beyond society’s expectations.

Week 2 – Emotional & Mental Health (Part 1) Breaking silence, processing emotions, and lifting burdens through faith.

Week 3 – Emotional & Mental Health (Part 2) Childhood wounds, shame, forgiveness, and emotional healing through Christ.

Week 4 – Finances, Career, and Calling Faith-centered financial wisdom, career guidance, and stewardship.

Week 5 – Brotherhood, Fatherhood, and Mentorship Overcoming loneliness, healing father wounds, and cultivating healthy brotherhood.

Week 6 – Relationships & Communication Healthy communication, boundaries, dating, marriage, and spiritual leadership.

Week 7 – Spiritual Growth & Brotherhood Commitment Next steps in accountability, spiritual disciplines, and ongoing community.

Program Format

• In-Person • Seven sessions total • One-time registration covers the entire program • $30 per session (paid at the event) • Maximum 10 participants
