MENtality is for men ready to grow, in character, purpose, and leadership. Whether you're a business owner, a father, a mentor, a faith-driven leader, or a man simply craving more out of life then this event is for you. You don’t need to have it all together. You just need to be willing to show up.
What happens at the MENtality event?
Expect powerful speakers, real stories, and purposeful conversations. This isn’t a highlight reel conference. It’s an event where men speak truth, get sharpened, and leave challenged. The event includes keynote sessions, breakout moments, networking opportunities, and, yes, some unexpected moments that hit where it matters.
What’s included with a ticket?
Each ticket includes admission to the full MENtality event, access to exclusive resources, refreshments, and some sponsor swag. You’ll also be the first to receive invites to quarterly gatherings that continue the mission year-round.
Will there be follow-up events?
Absolutely! MENtality isn’t just a once-a-year gathering — it’s a mindset we build throughout the year. We host quarterly meetups including leadership intensives, brotherhood sessions, and focused gatherings to keep the sharpening going. When you show up, you stay sharp.
How can I become a speaker?
If you’ve got a message that challenges, uplifts, or cuts through the noise then we want to hear it. MENtality speakers are men of impact, not just influence. If you’ve lived it, led through it, or learned from the fire, then step up and share it!
Can my business or brand become a sponsor?

MENtality welcomes all men, and faith is a foundational part of the conversations we host, especially, when it comes to purpose, conviction, and legacy. You don’t need to be at a certain place spiritually to join us. You just need to be open to growing.
