Frequently asked questions
Everyone. We'll probably talk about Real Estate though, because that's what most of us do.
Please, GOD... no. This is casual, not formal. Conversation, not pitches. Relationships, not recruiting. We're going back to connecting with people like we used to before the pandemic, before the rise of these serial networking groups, before the rise of social anxiety (this one's untrue).
Because Realtors and people who are Real Estate adjacent are constantly pitched on brokers, insurance, title, lending, healthcare, you name it. I personally believe that who we are comes before what we do. Sometimes, we just need a place to chill and chat.
Every month will be a different location and rules. I will personally opt to bring my people-friendly and hypoallergenic puppies if the location and weather allow. We're adults, so I'd ask that you check with the location and plan accordingly for your situation.
Many! DM @ianofAustin and I'll send some of our local and online events in a newsletter.
Come anyway! Usually, if it's coffee, there are no assigned spaces, and people come and go freely, so don't let being "sold out" deter you. That means it will be a fire event, and you should attend.
