Yes! We welcome all fitness levels. Each session is coached and tailored to your abilities, goals, and any limitations.

How many people are in each class?

Sessions are semi-private — just 4 clients max. You’ll get personal attention without the pressure of a big group.

What if I have injuries or past surgeries?

No worries. We modify movements based on your needs and focus on strength, mobility, and safety.

How do I reserve my spot?

Once you register on Eventbrite, we’ll reach out with a link to our booking system. Just pick your day and time!

What do I need to bring?

Just water, comfy clothes, and a willingness to move. We’ve got the rest covered!

Where are you located?

Bulletproof Wellness Studio is at 6353 Center Dr, Building 8, right off the Newtown Road exit, very close to Sentara Leigh.

What happens after my first free class?

You’ll have the option to join our membership or choose a package that fits your schedule. No pressure, just progress.
