Valentino Rivera is Dustlight's Senior Engineer and an LA-based podcast mixing and mastering engineer. He started his career in audio when dinosaurs still roamed the earth (2006). Since then he’s worked on podcasts such as Mother Country Radicals, California Love, Tell Them I Am Seasons 1 & 2, Hello Nature, and California City. He loves the art of storytelling and sound.

Arwen Nicks is Dustlight’s Creative Director and Executive Editor. She’s made a lot of cool shows, including California Love, How’s Your Day, Tell Them, I Am, Renegades: Born in the USA, The Big One: Your Survival Guide and others. Most recently, she was the editor on Audacy & Crooked Media’s Tribeca Award-winning Mother Country Radicals. When she is not leading Poddy Trainings, she is probably trying to write but succeeding at watching TV.
