The READY Design Studio Fellowship is a nine-month program that equips educators and education entrepreneurs with the tools, coaching, and funding to design schools that reflect the needs and aspirations of Rochester families. Fellows receive tailored mentorship, collaborate with a dynamic cohort, and participate in national inspiration visits, ensuring their ideas are grounded in both local priorities and best practices from across the country.
