Whilst we always try to secure accessible venues, the availability of venues that can cater to the book club isn’t as wide as we’d like and therefore, we unfortunately cannot always guarantee that they will be fully accessible. Please check with them directly before signing up.

Can I bring my children to the meet-ups?

We love that so many of our members are busy parents who share a passion for reading, but unfortunately, our book club meet-ups are for adults only due to insurance and venue restrictions.

How can I check trigger warnings for a book?

Accepted Answer

We urge members to check trigger warnings for any books they read and make an informed decision as to if they'd like to read them. You can also use Goodreads or Amazon as readers will often raise any triggering themes in their reviews of the book.
