About this event

Parenting a teenager can feel like an emotional rollercoaster — one minute you’re connecting, the next you’re caught in conflict. This free drop-in group is designed to help you navigate those tough moments with more calm, clarity, and connection.

Join us as we explore:

  • Why teens push boundaries and how to stay grounded in the face of big emotions
  • Practical emotion regulation tools for parents
  • Strategies to respond instead of react
  • Ways to strengthen your relationship, even during conflict

Whether your teen is shutting you out or pushing every button, this group offers a supportive space to share, learn, and grow alongside other caregivers. You’ll leave each session with new tools to parent with more intention — and less overwhelm.
