This year’s program brings together educators and industry leaders for an interactive look at how we can better prepare San Diego students for high-demand business, computing, and engineering careers. You’ll hear directly from employers on a panel discussing emerging hiring trends and what they’re looking for in entry-level talent.Following the panel, you’ll take part in a hands-on workshop where employers will share real onboarding plans for entry-level roles. Together, you’ll identify opportunities to strengthen classroom-to-career connections by aligning coursework with the skills that matter most in today’s workplace.
