Re-Imagine a Better World: 2021 Intention Setting Workshop

About this event
Set aside 2 hours to intentionally reflect on your life and where you want to go. This online event will be collaborative with break out groups for discussion. Bring your journal and pens! The workshop is co-facilitated by Amy Fisher and Jenna Beem. In the two hours, we will dive deep into reflections and create intentions.
How do I show up as my best self each day? We will explore possible ways for you to create your own sacred daily routines to start your day intentionally. We will discuss how to use cues in nature, like the moon phases and other cycles to cultivate rituals to continue reflections throughout the year. Jenna will share some wisdom of the 5 Elements in Chinese Medicine and how to create flow in your weeks, and months, with clarity and productivity. Amy will share some wisdom from Tarot and other cycles in nature.
Am I living my passion? Am I thriving rather than surviving? What support do I need to take my life to the next level?
What has been holding me back? We will take time to reflect on limiting beliefs and set clear intentions for the future. Learn to tune into your inner voice. Are there negative programs running in your subconscious that are ready to clear? Collaboration in break out groups can be very supportive of this part of the process.
How do we collectively re-imagine a better world? 2020 really changed things. It also high-lighted long-standing problems in society. How do we move forward from here? What is falling through the cracks? Whose needs are not being met? How can we support each other? What does a collaborative community really look like? Can we create it? Who is already doing this work? How can we support them?
