Who can take part?

Anyone who identifies as disabled, D/deaf, neurodivergent, or has a long-term health condition. We welcome people of all ages, backgrounds, and access needs — this shoot is about real representation.

Do I need any experience?

Not at all! You don’t need to be a model ... just bring yourself. Our team will help you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

What will the photos be used for?

Images will feature in Reeves Disability Consultancy’s “Work Without Barriers” programme — across our website, social media, and marketing materials promoting inclusion and accessibility in the workplace.

Will the venue be accessible?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Tramshed Tech in Cardiff is a fully accessible venue with step-free access, accessible toilet and a Changing Places Toilet , and nearby Blue Badge parking.
If you have specific access needs, let us know when registering — we’ll make sure everything’s in place for you.

The photoshoot is organised by Reeves Disability Consultancy CIC, a disabled-led social enterprise based in Wales and England, leading the Work Without Barriers Programme to make employment more accessible.
