R.A.Y. of Light Experience

Modern medicine often fails to address the emotional, spiritual, and ancestral roots of dis-ease. R.A.Y. of Light reclaims indigenous healing traditions while integrating evidence-informed practices that restore nervous system regulation, cultivate emotional release, and build community care.

Our R.A.Y. of Light praxis includes guided and no touch Holy Fire Reiki, energy balancing, sound bowls, creative processes for each theme, ashtanga focused yoga practice, reflective dialogue, and community grounding. As a special treat, we have custom curated loose-leaf teas made by vj!!

New Era Cleveland (NEC) graciously invited us to use their space, and we honorably accepted. NEC is in the heart of Buckeye Rd between 117th and 118th. NEC is a community development staple of the Buckeye area. We are glad to be part of their Love Project and give R.A.Y. of Light a home! Blessings!
