Attendees will learn how to properly prepare organic raw vegan food through our live interactive online video classes. Students may actively follow the organic raw vegan food instruction step by step, and ask questions along the way. The classes will cover proper hygiene, eco-friendly sanitation, food handling and preparation. Food processing and combinations will be detailed. The student will receive a brief overview of the medicinal qualities of the food used, including elemental, temperature, taste attributes, indications and contraindications.
