- Altar creating & Cacao ritual ~ connect in circle drawing in our intentions for the upcoming season while creating our earth altar that will later offer back to the land the next day.
Part two (Dec.6th) Depart @ 4pm

- Breakfast
- Crafting the shaft ~ We will find our rattle handle/stick in a nearby forest walk in silence/meditation. Then we will work the wood to a solid handle and connect it to the rattle head after inserting the seeds/gemstones/rocks (aka the fertility) into the rattle head.
- Decoration ~ bring or use the materials provided to complete your rattle with your own unique artistic flavor.
- Group rattle initiation -> Earth offering
- Light lunch & Goodbyes
~Each part of crafting our rattles is symbolic to nature and the masculine and feminine principles that we all share.
~Throughout the workshop we will contemplate the historical nature + that symbolism involved in the process. The space is open & encourages participants to share their voice + wisdom.

EVENT GUIDES
Anne-María Cardamon: As a mother, health practitioner, space holder and creative ritual-crafty woman I love to mix what I've learnt experientially as a student of life, mother and traveling the world for 10 years with my practical studies in Ayurveda, Herbalism, Women's Health & Ritual Arts. I am a simple woman who encourages people to be intentional and connected to nature & rhythm in their day to day life. What I offer here is a space for people to learn how to craft in reverence to the elemental world with others while tending to your inner garden & vision.
Valeria María : I am a Peruvian mother rooted in the ancestral wisdom of my homeland. I came to Portugal with my family to share our vision of Ayni an Andean life principle of reciprocity taught to us by native communities in the Andes. Our mission is to support and help preserve their traditions through sharing native arts & superfoods. Through my inner journey and living practices, I wish to share the essence of feminine care and womb wisdom. My main gift is as a visionary artist, and I center my service on offerings sharing the importance of giving back to Nature as a way of living in harmony with life.
