I'm unable to join live. Will the event be recorded?

Yes! The event will be recorded and shared with all ticket buyers after the event.

Question 2

I live outside of the U.S, can I still join the event?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to join the virtual event, but our bookstore partners can only ship to U.S. mailing addresses. Please be sure to use a U.S. mailing address when registering or write DONATE in the shipping info. Books will be donated in cases where the registration has an international address.

Question 3

Will I be able to participate during the event?

Accepted Answer

Ticket holders will be viewing a live conversation and will not have the ability to turn on their cameras or microphones. However, you will be able to submit questions (either during registration or live during the event) and engage in the Zoom chat.

Will my book be signed?

Signed copies are unavailable for this event!

When can I expect my book to arrive?

Accepted Answer

Books will start mailing on June 6, the official publication date of THE WIND KNOWS MY NAME. The bookstore will make every effort to ship within 2 weeks of the event, but it could be as long as 4 weeks. If you still have not received your book after that, please email webmaster@booksandbooks.com

What is your refund policy?

Please email pr@randomhouse.com with all refund requests. Refunds are only able to be processed one week before the event and the Eventbrite fee is nonrefundable.
