Join AFT Director & publication education activist Randi Weingarten for a discussion of her new book "Why Fascists Hate Teachers: Public Education and the Future of Democracy." She'll be joined by Philadelphia City Council Majority Leader Katherine Gilmore Richardson for a wide-ranging conversation on the issues we face today.

This event is at the Philadelphia Federation of Teachers building at 1816 Chestnut Street in Center City Philadelphia. Registration is free, but rsvps are strongly recommended via Eventbrite. Walk-ins will be welcome only as space permits! The book will be for sale at the event.
