Parking is free for the conference which starts at 9 AM. Paid parking begins for the evening events at 5 PM. If you are already parked and staying for the full day, conference, bull riding and concerts there is no need to pay. There are no in and out privileges after 5 PM and paid parking begins.

Your ticket allows entry for all day, the conference, the bull riding concerts, access to vendors and more. There is no obligation to come to the conference! If you want to only come to bull riding and concerts the gates open at 5 PM for the evening events!
