Saddle up for Ranch Fest 2025!Join us for a Country-themed family fun day in support of the MFC Foundation at Great Ayton Cricket Club on Sunday 28th September, 12:30–17:30. Your ticket includes a mouthwatering BBQ meal and free entry into our exciting car treasure hunt! Enjoy live country music, classic cars, mini game stalls, inflatable slide, face painting, sweet treats, and a lively clubhouse bar. Capture the fun with professional photography, try your luck at the raffles, and soak up the festival atmosphere.This is a fantastic day out for families, friends, and anyone looking to enjoy great food, live entertainment, and plenty of activities—all while supporting a brilliant local cause.Please note: BBQ tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be available on the day.

Can I attend without a ticket?

Yes you can, the tickets are purchased for the BBQ food and access to the car treasure hunt.

What is the car treasure hunt?

On the morning of the event, we invite attendees to grab a partner (or the family) into a car for an exciting trip around the local area, prompting you to look for clues, think on your feet and make your way through a trail of country clues.

Do you have to do the car treasure hunt?

Not at all, access to the treasure hunt is optional with your BBQ ticket and helps get you into the mood whilst the event sets up to open on the morning for you to make a full day of it!

What are the payment options?

We encourage all attendees to bring cash along with them to the event, as it helps keeps card fees down, therefore more money can go to the MFC Foundation. We will however, have card payment options available to be redeemed for tokens that can be used on the mini-games, face painting and others.
