You’ll learn how to confidently navigate IEP vs 504 plans, advocate with educators, and track your child’s needs over time. Expect practical tools, reflective exercises, peer connection, and strategies for managing your home, time, and parenting energy—all through an ADHD-friendly lens.

Kathleen Proctor Herrington is a veteran special educator with 25+ years of experience and a master’s degree in Special Education. She specializes in working with students with ADHD, autism, and behavioral needs—and has supported countless families, teachers, and schools in building effective, individualized plans that help students thrive. Her expertise bridges the gap between home and school, making her a trusted guide for parents navigating IEPs, 504s, and behavior supports.
Together, Kristina and Kathleen offer a unique blend of lived experience, professional insight, and heart-centered support for ADHD families.
Kristina Proctor is an ADHD & Executive Coach and the founder of Neurodivergent Ventures. With over 20 years of experience in corporate environments and deep lived experience with ADHD, Kristina helps overwhelmed professionals and parents build simple, sustainable systems that support focus, leadership, and well-being.
