About the Circle

How do we access and strengthen the tools for change that already live within us?

This Nest Circle invites participants to explore voice as empowerment, as a resource for grounding when the noise of the world feels overwhelming, and as a powerful tool for speaking out together in the face of the climate crisis. Through breathwork, embodied vocal exercises, and collective sounding, we will explore how reconnecting to our voice can anchor us, connect us, and amplify our impact.

Our session partner is Sierra Club Canada Foundation, whose mission is to empower people to be leaders in protecting, restoring, and enjoying healthy and safe ecosystems. Together, we will root into voice, body, and community as sources of strength for climate action.
