Rainbow Table End of 2025 Queer Dinner

By William Wei at Old South Church in Boston

Overview

A queer dinner party where we make connections and build communities

Rainbow Table is a queer space, and how we define “queer” is anyone whose authentic self challenges the social expectations of cisgender heterosexual normative norms. It is a safe space for both out and proud queers and queer people who are still in the closet, or people who are still figuring out on their own sexuality and gender identities.

Rainbow Table is a sex-positive space, where we will hold space for conversations on the expensive human experiences of sexuality. So probably don’t bring anyone under age or anyone who will find such topics challenging.

Rainbow Table is a confidential space, so we don’t share whatever we talked about during our dinner time.

Rainbow Table is an interfaith space. Christians or Muslims or Buddhists or Atheists or any other religion and spirituality, we welcome queer people of all walks of spirituality and faith. We recognize we are having this gathering in a Christian Building, but at Rainbow Table we don’t put Christianity above any other kind of spirituality or faith. God is love and Love is above any religion.

Rainbow Table is completely free of charge(Thanks to leaders at Old South Church that made it possible), but welcome donations (made to Old South).

If you find Rainbow Table sounds like a space for you, please come! If you know someone who is actively looking for a space like that, forward the invitation along please, we will be so glad to have them.
