A 4-week wellness adventure to explore the rainbow of fruits and veggies—aiming for 30+ unique plant foods per week to nourish your gut, boost energy, and inspire creativity in the kitchen!

🎉 Group Name: Eat the Rainbow Revolution

🌿 Weekly Themes:

  1. Week 1: Rooted & Radiant – focus on root veggies, herbs, and greens
  2. Week 2: Tropical Vibes – explore fruits, citrus, and island colors
  3. Week 3: Farm to Table – try seasonal or local produce
  4. Week 4: Wild & Fermented – include wild foods, sprouts, and fermented veg

📋 How It Works: Online platform with learning content, fun tracker and group chat.

  • 🧺 Participants track how many different fruits/veggies they eat each week (goal: 30+).
  • ✅ Use a color-coded checklist or printable tracker, included
  • 📷 Share photos of meals in the group.
  • 💡 Fun facts, mini challenges (e.g. like purple vegetable day"), and weekly inspiration.
  • 🎁Prize at the end for everyone who completes the challenge
