Radical Rest & Courageous Connections “How can I make more life-giving choices about what to put into the world and how to deal with what the world sends back — choices that might bring new life to me, to others, and to the world we share.” — Parker Palmer

Welcome to yourSelf. This transformative workshop is a heartfelt call to radical rest—an invitation to pause, deeply replenish your body, mind, and spirit, and renew in the power of community. Together, we’ll create a grounding space to face the chaos of our world and make space for grief and what it may have to offer so we may move toward equanimity and courageous action..

During our time together, you’ll experience:

  • Stillness & Reflection: Reconnect with your inner self through meaningful contemplation and intentional rest.
  • Movement & Meditation: Ease into your body with gentle movement and guided sleep-based meditation (Yoga Nidra).
  • Healing in Community: Supported by each other and inviting the wisdom of our ancestors, we’ll gather to share reflections, journal, and explore what it means to make “more life-giving choices” for ourselves, those we serve, and the world.

This workshop is designed for therapists, teachers, activists and caregivers seeking a circle of care for grieving, renewal and a deeper connection with their purpose.

Details:

  • Please bring: Comfortable clothing, layers, a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and journal.

Join us in this sacred space for healing, connection, and courageous renewal.

To support access and sustainability, this group is offered on a sliding scale. Please choose the tier that best reflects your financial circumstances:

  • Exchanging – $45
A reduced rate that allows the event leader to cover the basics of offering the group.
  • Supporting – $65
This rate provides more support for the unseen labor that happens both before and after offering a group.
  • Sustaining – $85
A rate that more accurately reflects the cost of organizing, marketing, and leading the event, and also makes it possible to continue offering sliding scales.

We invite you to select your tier with thoughtfulness and integrity. Your choice makes it possible for this group to remain sustainable and inclusive. Thank you for being part of this work!
