Radiant Reset Detox and Yoga Workshop!

Start your morning with intention and renewal at our Yoga & Detox Sauna Workshop, beginning at 9:00 AM with an energizing yoga flow designed to awaken your body and stimulate detoxification through mindful movement and breath.

After class, head to Perspire Sauna Studio – Orchard Hills, Irvine for a 40-minute infrared sauna session, where you'll relax, sweat, and release built-up toxins in a private, serene environment.

Each participant will receive a detox goody bag, hydrating water, and access to special wellness extras to support your cleanse and leave you feeling refreshed from the inside out.
