What should I wear?

Can I reserve a table?

Yes, our round tables seat 8 and a table can be reserved under your  name or under the name of your  business. Each seat receives 2 drink tickets.

Question 3

Can I come to support local businesses and vendors only?

Yes, you are more than welcome to come beginning at 4pm and visit our vendors. Beginning at 5pm, the Speakers begin and we will ask everyone to take their seats. At that time, we ask only those who have purchased a ticket and reserved a seat, be in attendance.

I'm coming in from out of town, is there a hotel room block available?

Yes, RADIANCE will be partnering with the Hilton at the Grand Wayne Center and can be accessed through the walkway so you never have to step outside.

Is dinner included?

Yes! Dinner and dessert are included with your ticket.

How do I become a vendor or speaker?

We’d love to collaborate with you!  Vendor tables and speaker opportunities are limited and curated to align with the focus of RADIANCE. If you’d like to be considered, please email Elena@showyourcrown.com to request the Vendor & Speaker Information Packet.

Are men allowed to attend?

This is a women’s only event designed to create a safe, empowering, and uplifting space just for the ladies. However, male vendors or sponsors supporting a participating business are welcome in a professional capacity.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! and we even have a Bestie Bundle so you can save together! Grab two tickets for just $99 through December 31, 2025.

Question 9

Will there be food options for dietary restrictions?

Yes! Dinner and dessert are included with your ticket, and we’re happy to accommodate dietary needs when possible. After purchasing your ticket, please email Elena@showyourcrown.com with your name and specific request (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) so we can plan accordingly.
