This class is designed to be warm, relaxed, and approachable—whether you’re lighting a grill for the first time or just looking to sharpen your skills. No pressure. No competition. Just good food, good people, and shared learning.

Our first session focuses on Rack of Pork, a flavorful cut that’s perfect for learning the basics while still offering plenty of depth for experienced cooks.
