What kind of clothing should I wear?

Whatever you are most comfortable in. We will be flowing through Breathwork and Mindful Movement on our mats.

Do I have to bring my own mat?

You can if you’d like to! We set up the space with yoga mats but you are welcome to bring your own.

Question 3

How long is the session?

Accepted Answer

The event will last about 2 hours. This gives us enough time to ‘drop in’ before we begin the Breathwork and time to be social after.

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes! We will have char-BOO-terie Cups, our NA Bar with Ebony, Ambrosia and Mixers, Infused Water and sweet treats from Layered Cake.

How much are tickets and do you offer refunds?

The event price is $53 all inclusive [+ $5.40 tax + processing fee]. We are able to offer refunds for this event up to 7 days before event date  [minus the $5.40 tax + processing fee] OR  you can use your payment towards another R3 Breathwork Event.
