Quilted Boot Stocking Workshop

Join Cassandra from Laurel Small Batch Goods as she guides you in sewing Quilted Boot Stockings for the holiday season!

Explore quilting basics and expand your sewing skills including how to pivot on a sewing machine, sew curves, and clip and notch seam allowances!

This is a great opportunity for those who have previously taken a Sewing Machines 101 workshop with Cassandra and want to practice "next level" skills.

Beginner sewists are welcome to join, but ALL participants should feel comfortable-

• setting up their sewing machine
• sewing a straight stitch
• sewing a backstitch.

Bring Your Own Sewing Machine or borrow 1 of 4 available machines for the workshop. Please email crafternoonatx@gmail.com to claim a machine.

✿ All other materials will be provided including thread, scissors, secondhand and vintage fabric, cotton batting, and the stocking pattern.

✿ Participants will leave with 1-2 stockings to use or give this holiday season
✿ Facilitation Available in English and Spanish
