Workshop Description
Dive into your embodied self in community. Regulate your nervous system with stress regulation techniques to quiet the noise and return to presence. Expect guided meditation, visualizations, breathwork, vocal release, journaling, sharing and sound healing. Led by Brian Altemus and Gab Safa.
What you need to know:
- Wear clothing you feel comfortable sitting and laying down in.
- For the journaling section, feel free to bring your own pen and notebook (there will also be notecards and pens provided.)
- Please arrive with enough time to settle into the space for a 5PM start.
- Please note that late arrivals will not be admitted into the workshop.
