Quick-Pickling Workshop

Come join us at the Holy Cross Germantown Hospital for a fun and interactive Quick-Pickling Workshop!

Learn how to quick-pickle your favorite vegetables! This is a great method for preserving vegetables you have a surplus of. We will provide ingredients and materials, but feel free to bring your own vegetables too. Quick-pickled vegetables can last 2-5 weeks if stored in the fridge, and longer if unopened.
