A little about this "WORK":

I will go over everything you need to know when we are together in person, but in case I wanted to share a little information to put you at ease. While I know some of you have joined for other circles with me or others, many of you are brand new to this kind of somatic work. Many mentioned feeling "a call" or "calling" and are trusting it even though you don't know exactly what to expect.

I want to take a second to HONOR how amazing that is and how freaking BRAVE you are to take a leap of faith and intuition like this.

I promise this work will give you 10-fold what you give it. I can actually promise that.

While everyone walks out of a session having had a unique experience (just as we all enter with the different experiences from our lives) and yet, the baseline we connect to is always the same; the shared frequency of Source/God/Light that is available to everyone all the time. I will say that this technique is gentle, safe, and extremely effective. While you may already know that you didn't sign up to feel the way you have always felt, I do want to prepare you that this work may challenge you. (Which is the point, right?!)

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone and I commend you for signing up to get in there and do the work. Whether it is to FEEL better, to deeply reconnect with yourself, to release old mental/emotional material, to bring healing energy to ANYTHING -- I want to assure you ::: your beautiful human heart and your free-flowing breath are all you need to be completely successful at this.

Breathwork is designed to stretch you, in a completely safe and gentle way, to feel MORE, to OPEN, HEAL and connect to your inner guidance systems in an extremely intimate and profound way.

I want to also add that while I have been a certified Clarity Breathwork instructor for going on like 13 years, I am NOT a licenced therapist and in no way wish to advertise myself as such. This work can be a beautiful adjunct to nearly any form of therapy or psychadellic/plant medicine journey integration, but not in place of it. For people managing or are currently being treated for a serious mental illness, like schitzophrenia or bi-polar disorder, please consult with your licensed practitioner before attending as sometimes these intense liminal states can be contraindicated. If you have any questions at all about this don't hesistate to reach out at the number below.

Everyone I have ever worked with is blown away by the simple and powerful nature of breathwork and how much can be processed in just a few hours. Please know it is my greatest pleasure and honor in life to holding this kind of space for our unfolding. I am so grateful you have heard the call to contribute your energy to the ceremony.

What to bring: (suggested, not essential!) water bottle, small blanket, journal+pen to write while things are fresh, small item/photograph to place on communal altar

*Please avoid large heavy meals/foods after 3pm. I will have a big bootyfull tray ala Loveshovel of grounding snacks to feed you after you journey..! Fly high!! So looking forward to sharing this amazing evening with you all.
