Quantum Mosaic Design Partner Council — Founding Customer Advisory Board

Scale judgment, not headcount. Quantum Mosaic (QM) is inviting a handful of LP/GP/PortCo leaders to join our Founding Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and shape the operating system for governed AI Agents & Digital Employees across the front, middle, and back office in Private Capital.

Why this matters now

Private Capital is racing to harness AI for sourcing, diligence, portfolio ops, and reporting—while regulators and LPs demand stronger governance and auditability. A small, senior CAB accelerates real-world product–market fit, drives adoption, and ensures the roadmap serves operators, not hype. Forbes

Who should apply

Leaders who own outcomes across the Private Capital ecosystem:

  • General Partners / Operating Partners / CFO/COO/CTO at PE/VC/credit firms

  • Portfolio-company CEOs/COOs/CFOs with value-creation mandates

  • Limited Partners focused on oversight, reporting, and manager evaluation

This is an application-only cohort. Finalists will complete a short interview before confirmation—standard CAB best practice to keep the group senior, focused, and high-signal. Customer Advisory Board+1

Your “gives” (what we ask)

  • Up to ~2 hours/week for 1 year: async reviews + one live 60–75 min session per month (virtual). Farland Group

  • Candid workflow input: real artifacts (redacted decks, checklists, stage gates), success metrics, and policy/approval rules.

  • Feature validation: react to prototypes, receipts, and “promote” flows; help prioritize the 80/20 that moves P&L.

  • Peer feedback: optional, anonymized lessons for fellow CAB members (what worked, what didn’t).

Small, committed groups with clear expectations deliver the most value to both sides—that’s the CAB pattern we’re following. Farland Group

Your “gets” (what you receive)

  • 50% discount for Year 1$5,000/month (founding CAB rate) for full QM platform access at your firm.

  • Priority access to high-profile feature drops, agents, and integrations; influence staging and sequencing.

  • Design-partner cred: direct line to product & engineering; your needs reflected in the backlog—hallmark benefit of design-partner programs done right. Unusual Ventures+1

  • Assurance & governance by default: every important action in QM carries a Decision Receipt (who/what/why/when/evidence) to simplify audits and LP reporting.

  • Executive enablement: monthly Assurance Pack (adoption, approval latency, promote success, exceptions) suitable for IC/board packs.

  • Community: curated peer circle across LP/GP/PortCo roles; optional invite-only roundtables.

What we’ll build together (example corridors)

  • Inbox → IC (front office): submissions triage → memo draft → micro-approval → promote clean updates into CRM/Document Management System/tasks → Decision Receipt.

  • Notes → Coverage/Watchlist (middle office): normalize meeting notes → generate follow-ups/cadence → approvals → promote → receipts.

  • Ops & Reporting (back office): automate recurring data pulls, board/LP letters, and KPI roll-ups with governed promotes and evidence trails.

Design-partner programs that co-define a specific, high-value workflow deliver the fastest ROI and stickiest adoption. Varyence

Selection & confidentiality

  • Seats: limited and role-diverse to maximize impact.

  • Screening: short application + 20-minute interview.

  • Confidentiality: mutual NDA; your artifacts may be redacted and are used only for product design.

  • No rip-and-replace: QM is overlay-first—your current tools stay visible; we automate the governed write-path behind the scenes (a CAB-friendly way to de-risk change).

Clear charters, small membership, and protected discussion norms are core to effective CABs. CAB Strategy

Time & cadence

  • Kickoff window: rolling admits; first cohort begins next month.

  • Cadence: weekly async feedback (30–45 min) + monthly live workshop (60–75 min).

  • Format: virtual; occasional invite-only in-person summits.

Event copy that spells out logistics and outcomes converts better—another Eventbrite best practice we’re applying. Eventbrite+1
