Experience guided visualization breathwork with music and voice through immersive headsets, leading into a grounding HeartRise meditation and guided movement + dance to release. Little West juice will be provided. Location is in Downtown LA.

* We are taking Covid precautions. All windows will be open with an air purifier. The space is large with plenty of room to distance. Headsets are sanitized and one-time use only (not shared).

* Dress comfortably. Please come prepared with a yoga mat and water. Other optional items include an eye mask, journal + pen, and light jacket or blanket if you tend to run cold.

* Street parking or surrounding paid parking lots are available. The 2 closest are:
