Quantum Heart Reiki 1 Certification Workshop

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning universal life energy. Rooted in the teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui, Reiki is both a healing practice and a spiritual path that guides us toward harmony, balance, and deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us.

At its core, Reiki teaches that energy flows through all living beings. When this energy is free and balanced, we experience vitality, peace, and clarity. When blocked, depleted, or unaligned, imbalance appears in the form of stress, illness, or spiritual disconnection. Reiki helps restore the natural flow of energy, supporting the body’s innate ability to heal.

Quantum Heart Reiki is a modern, holistic healing practice that combines the principles of Reiki with Quantum Healing. It focuses on the heart center as a powerful point of connection and healing, aiming to balance the body’s energy at a quantum level. This practice will assist to release emotional blockages, promote deep relaxation, and enhance overall well-being by aligning the heart’s energy with the universe. Attunement

As part of this Quantum Heart Reiki session, participants will receive an attunement. This attunement is a gentle energetic process that helps align your personal energy to the frequencies of Reiki, enhancing your ability to channel healing energy. It’s a key part of the experience that helps you connect more deeply with the practice.
