This healing group does incorporate healing modalities such as reiki and chakra cleansing thus it is recommended to hydrate, if possible with alkaline water. Eat light foods 4 hours prior to the event.
Reiki is a healing modality that can bring up emotions, feelings, memories, and other thoughts that may be trapped in the body or auric bodies from the past in this lifetime or other lifetimes.
Feelings/emotions/memories/thoughts will pass thus keep breathing and grounding yourself in mother Earth as instructed in the event.
The event is FREE, there will be a donation link provided in the chat at the beginning and end of the session if you are so called to donate however it is not necessary.
