With over 21 years at IBM, Robert has held roles of increasing responsibility, contributing significantly to the fields of quantum computing, AI, and bioinformatics.
A Master Inventor with more than 270 patents, Robert has contributed to the development of the Qiskit developer certifications and has been a driving force in advancing quantum education and enablement globally. He has delivered numerous workshops, lectures, and talks to help professionals and organizations understand the transformative potential of quantum technologies.
In addition to his professional work, Robert is an accomplished author of two books on quantum computing and frequently collaborates with global leaders on quantum workforce and economic development strategies.
