About the Instructor:

Robert Loredo is the CEO and Founder of Entangled Solutions Group and the former Worldwide Team Leader for IBM’s Quantum Ambassador program. With over 21 years at IBM, Robert has held roles of increasing responsibility, contributing significantly to the fields of quantum computing, AI, and bioinformatics.

A Master Inventor with more than 270 patents, Robert has contributed to the development of the Qiskit developer certifications and has been a driving force in advancing quantum education and enablement globally. He has delivered numerous workshops, lectures, and talks to help professionals and organizations understand the transformative potential of quantum technologies.

In addition to his professional work, Robert is an accomplished author of two books on quantum computing and frequently collaborates with global leaders on quantum workforce and economic development strategies. Beyond his technical contributions, he remains deeply committed to philanthropy and community service, devoting his time to initiatives that inspire learning and innovation.

IBM Guest Panelists -

John Buselli is the Global Offering Manager for IBM Security Research, focused on developing IBM’s Quantum Safe Program. In this role, he oversees customer-facing programs and supports product strategy and market development.

Since joining IBM Research in 2014, John has focused on cyber security, confidential computing, privacy-enhancing technologies, data governance, and securing AI Analytic initiatives. His prior career focused on establishing and expanding initial markets, products, and operations for early-stage software firms, including Verity (purchased by HP), KVS (acquired by Symantec), Princeton Softech (purchased by IBM), as well as senior leadership roles at Seer Technologies and Texas Instruments.

Travis Scholten is a quantum computing physicist turned business development executive, currently serving as the Technical Lead for the Public Sector at IBM Quantum. He specializes in driving large-scale strategic initiatives with government organizations to unlock the technical, economic, and societal value of quantum technologies.

With deep expertise spanning quantum research, quantum software, and cross-functional program execution, he plays a pivotal role in helping public agencies identify and adopt impactful quantum-driven solutions. His work bridges advanced scientific innovation with real-world application, enabling leaders to prepare for and capitalize on the emerging quantum era.
