The 2026 Quad State Pickle Fest is Saturday, May 16th, 12pm-8pm -&- Sunday, May 17th, 11am-6pm in Boonsboro, MD. Indulge yourself in everything pickles, from pickle pizza and pickle pierogies to pickle jewelry and pickle contests, and for adults, perhaps pickle margaritas or pickle beer. Incredible live entertainment TBA. Kids 12 & under get in free! Tickets On Sale Now.

ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED OPERATE **BOTH** DAYS. Failure to comply will result in not being considered for any future IFG event.

Application to be a vendor at the 2026 Quad State Pickle Fest is free, However...

IF APPROVED, THE FOLLOWING VENDOR REGISTRATION FEES WILL APPLY:

PICKLE VENDOR - $150 (12x12)*Primary item is pickles. Must provide FREE samples

REGULAR VENDOR **SOLD OUT!* - $200 (12x12) *Some pickle themed items preferred, not required.

FOOD VENDOR *SOLD OUT! * - $450 (24x18)*Must include one pickle themed menu item.

* If you need more than the allotted space, you will need to purchase two spaces at time of registration.

*Electricity Package is $40 and MUST be added at time of formal registration (not here) and includes access to Basic 7 Amp power within 25 feet (Bring your own cord). Larger power is not available. Quiet generators are permitted in food vendor row only.

*Vendors who apply will receive a confirmation email that their application was received. Vendors who are APPROVED will receive an INVITATION to Register, and payment will be collected at that time. If registration is not made within 7 days, you'll risk losing your approval.

Absolute Vendor Application Deadline For All Vendors is January 9, 2026. *Date subject to change based upon vendor response.

All spaces are outside, most under pavilions (not food vendors).
